My passion for doing the job right stems from an earlier career working as a professional photographer and set builder. Frequently, clients would mention that my craftsmanship on a set was better than the contractors’ work done in their homes. I started taking on residential upgrades and became known as “the detail guy.” Photography gave me a keen eye for spatial composition and a taste for good design, and set building introduced me to solving construction challenges.
